Which Med Supp company has the best rates for customers across the board? Any advice would be great.

You are probably looking at Mutual for that. Of course, when I say "Mutual", It could be Mutual of Omaha, United of Omaha, or United World. It depends on the state(s) you are in.

What about in NY state? Do they have the same restrictions on Medicare Supplement policies as they do with final expense sales?

Final expense sales in NY are not necessarily restricted; it's according to the company you have in your bag.

Now med supps may be a different story. I'm not that familiar with the rules in NY, but I do seem to recall that it is a guaranteed issue state.

Maybe someone else can shed some light on this question.
