I have been in sales for over a decade now and currently I train people how to sell more than just Final Expense Life Insurance. I have a natural understanding how the sale works and I do my best to pass that along on this site.
The main thing you need to focus on is just go out there an do it every day. Don’t worry about the time or the gas or the extra hassle. Just pretend you are on the clock and its all just part of the job. Make sure you look clean and non threatening. Work on not being a sales person but more of a friend (selling burial insurance to help them and their family). Don’t worry if they don’t buy and don’t force them to buy. Just recommend and try to make it as attractive as possible. Not everyone is going to buy and if you try the hard sale, you will lose sales that you would have gotten and the people you did get to buy from you, will cancel very shortly. Just be friendly, knowledgeable and be creative. Think quick on your feet.
